Overview

We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable Play Assistants to join our Grow Wild and Holiday club teams on a casual basis, providing cover during weekends and school holidays.​

As a Play Assistant, you will support the delivery of engaging and enriching activities that encourage children to build confidence, resilience, creativity, and a connection with the natural world.​

Working as part of a dedicated team, you will help create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment where children can learn and develop. You will need to build positive relationships with children and their families while promoting children's wellbeing,​

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with children and enjoys outdoor learning and play.

This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and is therefore subject to an Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory safeguarding checks in line with safer recruitment requirements.
